Introduction

MCP Group offer a complete service to its customers from full Design and Prototyping service for specialised Packaging and Corrugated boxes.  

Background

Bottles, cans or cartons…beer, cider or craft gin, MCP Group can Design and deliver custom printed cardboard for the Drinks and Beverage industry to ensure their product is safe in transit and eye-catching on the shelf including heavy-duty double wall Corrugated Packaging (cardboard boxes) to Cartonboard Packaging or sleeves and Solidboard Packaging.  MCP Group have been partnered for a number of years with one of Ireland’s premium Alcoholic Drinks Bottling Houses for all their Packaging needs i.e. outer cases, inner cases, case dividers etc. This Bottling House is contracted by a number of their customers to manufacture and store their product.  In order to streamline their operations, they rely on MCP Group to produce a wide range of customer branded outer cases, inner cases and case dividers with a Just in Time (JIT) service.   

Problem/Challenge

This Alcoholic Drinks Bottling House deals with multiple SME’s to manufacture and bottle their alcoholic beverages.  They offer these customers an additional service of sourcing their Packaging requirements from a trialled and tested supplier such as MCP Group.  As a result, we design outer cases, inner cases and shipping dividers and supply them as needed and for added piece of mind, we even provide a prototyping service which provides samples and prototypes immediately allowing for quick approval while ensuring the best fit all round.

We have been partnered with this Alcoholic Drinks Bottling House for a number of years now and provide this mutually beneficial service to them and their customers which ensures the timely delivery of their Packaging solutions which ensures everyone’s supply chain keeps moving.
